Whilst I am a firm believer in the company and the value that lies within its tenements, I grow tired of members of this forum shooting down naysayers by simply suggesting "if you're not happy, then sell".
Whilst some here like to get that warm fuzzy feeling that they have invested their hard-earned in a stock with only blue sky ahead, it is refreshing (and I often learn the most) when our positive view of the company and its future is challenged.
With respect to the incentive options... an argument posted above suggests that admission to the ASX 200 is proof enough that the Directors should receive these incentive options. But surely an incentive option should be forward-looking and provide these same directors with motivation to ensure they do not rest on their laurels. The admission of the company to the ASX 200 and its recent successes would surely be catered for by the previous issuance of options at lower prices.
