    I take your point about the fact there should be a balanced forum. My apologies if I offended anyone yesterday.

    However, are we sure that these options are really "incentive" or are they really "remuneration"?

    As to when the officers should be rewarded, in my view, it all depends, on how the arrangement is structured, and with the notice that is released it is impossible to know the reasons.

    If they are truly incentive options for getting the share price to a certain level at a future date, then presumably the price is set at a significant but achievable hurdle by some date in the future.

    If they are really reward options for an achievement to date, then I would have thought that the reward should be recognised on the time of reaching the achievement. That is, on reaching the goal of entry into the 200, if that was a goal.

    In my opinion reaching the 200 is a significant goal, and shareholders will be rewarded very soon
