?, surely these people are not serious, why do they think shareholders should reward them, dont they think they earn enough now?, and why do they need to be kept interested?, I say if they are not happy with their lot, just leave, and get someone who is interested, or better still, exercise their present 25c options, the shareprice is not that far away, or dont they think the current shareprice warrants it? now that would be an incentive, for shareholder that is, not freeloaders
