wow fantastic! il be voting yes yes and yes and hope he gets them all and see the price double to 30 cents and add another 20 so mo can get all his incentive/ performace shares, this is a great example of incentive shares set at a decent goal to acheive and make shareholders happy. unlike some companies that set them all in tiny increments above thir current price and it only benfits the board. big thumbs up from me
