These guys spend more time and money working out how there incentive scheme should be arranged, than managing the daily operations, each year they just keep on lowering the incentive option excercise price to be in line with the decreasing share price.
What a joke.
Incentive should be there income levels at the exhorbitant rate they charge, do the job or get out. Prove you can do the job first, stop diluting my holding with issues of millions of stock at an ever lowering price.
Buy your own stock like the rest of us.
This is getting beyond a joke. Epic fail.
