Think you'll find that the acceleration trigger cannot commence 'till 30 days after the issuance, and can be for any 20 consecutive days during the 3 year period before the options expiry.
Also, someone posted that options can be exercised at any time before the expiry date. As far as I know, that is not correct, the only exception being an 'acceleration clause'.
