It might take another 6 months for the market to figure out that this business will be spitting out $60m in dividends pa within 4 years but in 6 months the share price will be well over $1.
Valeant's 45 days is up in the next week to challenge ACR generic application. I suspect we will also know whether other companies also filed a dossier for this product on the same day.
If Valeant dont contest and no other companies then i suspect ACR will be 50 cents within 2 weeks. on the contrary, if they do contest, and other companies filed, then it could easily retrace below 20 cents?
