    I've been keeping an eye on the US district court cases for patent infringements. In the past 6 days, Valeant have filed infringements against 5 different defendants for the generic Efinaconazole topical solution (Jublia). Namely;

    Strides Pharma
    Solaris Pharma
    Par Pharmaceutical
    Lupin Pharmaceuticals
    Aurobindo Pharma

    Acrux have yet to be mentioned in a case, however if I am reading it correctly, there will be some competition for generic Jublia. Hardly surprising given it's a US$200+ million pa. cherry. Whether each of these companies were also first to file is another question. Surely one would have to assume such diligence
