IPL is hopeless at creating value, great at destroying it. They bought Dyno in mid 2008 for $3.3 bln. Their share price was around $7.5 at the time. Never created any value. Now they are doing 180 degree turnaround saying that value will be created through demerger of Incitec.
Wouldn't mind if demerged Incitec buys Centrex for $3.3bln now...
