Yes however the difference is that at $7 the share price would be lucky to double at best with a market cap of 9 billion IMO.
There will then be far too many shares on offer and you won't see the type of price increases from IPL that you have witnessed over the last 2 years again, well not with this company anyway.
To double your money is a good thing but I'm after much greater returns than that.
IPL has had it's run but unfortunately I don't think that the price is going to go very far from now on until the share split occurs.
After that I can see it going to 14 or so dollars over the next couple of years and that would give IPL a wopping 18 Billion dollar market cap!
