    These are all old news, not to mention lapsed agreements if my memory serves me right.

    BHP hold the keys to APG's technologies now and Illuka, Cristal etc will be scrambling to correct their past misjudgements very soon or find themselves marginalised in the tio2 market and could find themselves having to bid big money to get a stake !!

    APG will either be $2 a share in 5 years, or be bought out within 12 months in a possibly heated battle !!

    Either way, those who stay put will make BIG money !!
