Income Minus Expenses = Profit?

    I was comparing the old quarterly to this quarterly and I noticed some very disturbing trends;

    1. Staff costs went up by $27K or 46% of the increased revenue
    2. Advertising by ($59K) 101% of the increased revenue
    3. administration and corporate costs by ($125K) 215% of revenue increase

    Income moved just 58K from the last quarterly

    Unless the company lives within its means it will be forever chasing its tail. If income increases x% then all other expenses can only move at a maximum of this amount but hopefully a lot less. Overall for the current quarter CRO made $294K in income yet spent $1M in expenses. And the increase of expenses accounted for ... $233K or 401% of the increase in revenue. If something is not done about this urgently it is going to be perpetual, with zero accountability for poor business practices. Cut expenses not grow them please. Also, has someone seen how much 'revenue' Appstablishment is going to bring in? The whole market is tiny and getting smaller, very similar to the web development sector which has all but burned now. Developers in India our cutting our lunch here with smart developers. Doesn't seem to make any sense to me. Anyone else has a thought? I assume Appstablishment costs are in admin and corporate costs somewhere?
