89% of QRI portfolio is in senior loans
whereas almost all of NBI is in overseas junk bonds rated BB or B some of them in emerging markets....
have a look what happened in the GFC, junk bonds fell by about 27% but not investment grade bonds.
admittedly QRI is also not without risks in the unlikely event that we have a property crash here.
