    Gopher - I would consider these to be Diversified Debt. Wouldnt consider them as cash as these arent as liquid as cash.Naturally the risk varies with the issuer. Am considering moving some of my cash into these due to higher than cash returns. Definitely form part of a diversified portfolio.
