6.6% of my portfolio with an average of 0.0396. I'm prepared to average down and hold 10% of my portfolio. There is another buyer out there but they are in no hurry, and the seller seems content to sell into any strength.
If Yen at 100 and property down 10% from current valuations we are looking at a capital distribution of 6c in 2013. That is a pretty pessimistic view of the situation so one would hope for more than that.
