massive excitement about getting that 10cts placement. I would suggest that if you have 2m shares at 15cts and was given a 10% rights issue at 10cts so you get another 100 000shares which at 13cts makes you a grand total 0f 3k and in the meanwhile your holding decrease by 50k.Sounds like fool paradise to me.
If they place stock at a premium say 17cts, we would all be less diluted and our holding would be worth more.
