Some medical experience is most welcome.
For those that do close the pericardium....can they just stitch it or is it necessary to use a patch?
Also in case you know,,,if they use cardiocel to mend a hole in a major artery or other vascular structure may we anticipate that the patch can gradually be absorbed by new vascular cells just as it is depicted being populated by the heart skin cells in the companies video?
