I wonder what people want CJ to do here? Regius owned the leases before CJ had anything to do with MUS. What do we want as shareholders - Regius to sell to us or sell to some cashed-up third party?

CJ says he excused himself from the negotiation, MUS has obtained an independent valuation, and that the shareholders will have to vote on the deal. What more do the haters here want?

If we want to blame anyone then blame Frank for the deal he negotiated with Regius. He should have at the very least negotiated an option over all the Regius leases. His incompetence (or worse) has cost us shareholders a fortune.
