So the bank is intending to supply 70 percent of the financing of the 600 million dollar refinery or 420 million dollars. Couldn't have a better indication of their confidence in the project :)

This leaves 180 million, which is the figure mooted to be raised by the listing of SARCO!!! It is fitting together now.
