    Oscar you are on the money with that comment. IMO deep pockets is the last thing ORD need to worry about, financing never was or never will be a problem with Luo Tao as the chairman of ORD. Heck we could just as well put Wen Jia Bao and Hu Jin Tao as non exec dirctors of ORD :).
