I'm sorry but why wouldn't phase 1 inclusion still be warranted?
Phase 2 is essentially a process of whittling down phase 1 participants is it not?
Checked the announcement this morning and didn't see any mention of BrainChip, checked HotCopper to see why and only a vague reason buried under a mountain of irrelevant gasbagging.
