Doubling output is great but is there any cross over in terms of infrastructure & logistics? Need some (prospective) cost synergies to make the investment case stack up IMO - even if they are illusory M&A deals are generally predicated on these things.
Neither the CEO of SRK or FEX is going to want to give up their job. No need for 2 CEOs. Unless there are major shareholders on both sides who want it to happen I just don’t see it IMO.
