    What a farce.

    Pallister gets his shares in ZYL cheap. Instigates a takeover to bump up the ZYL share price to facilitate a SPP then the takeover is withdrawn at the same time Pallister gets his shares taken out of escrow.

    Says it all really. Wake up gang and smell the roses if you are a shareholder in either ZYL or QTK
