    I was surprised that the management constantly claimed that the DFS would be completed by the end of November because they usually dont state a date due to their lack of delivering on time. I thought that when I saw Novemeber for the DFS that the management turned over a new leaf...apparently not.

    Perhaps JT is waiting for his December settlement!
