This management team is seriously frustrating. Why do we still have the person that did nothing positive with Vodafone-Hutch Aus for 6 years , running our (once really good company) into the ground......
He is paid the same base salary as the CEO of TLS (~A$2mm)- yet runs a company 1/4 the size....(and imo does a job 1/8 the quality)
Does anyone share these same sentiments?
Would be great to get some insto shareholders to focus on this aspect as well. (I bet if we cut his base by only half and doubled his upside (LTI/STI) he would choose to resign.....)
With Inaki at the wheel, he's also let ABB take market share in the critical corp/enterprise segment.
(yep - to all those that say I can just sell - i agree.....i should have sold and switched to ABB years ago.
it's just super frustrating as we have such great assets built by Teoh and this management team is doing more harm than good)
