DJ's dividend now @ 11.9c FF. The dividend may change, though, with the downgrade. It would be hard to think that DJ's could go below $2 with the dividend, though.
I've noticed there is usually a 30c difference between DJ's and MYR. It will be interesting to see if this changes over time. Certainly, from the media I've read, DJ's is the preferred choice. The DJ's real estate makes a huge difference.
