I have the same problem. Sizes are too small, and fabrics nasty and cheap.

I have Bernini blouses from the 90s, and the arms are much wider than those in the same or larger sizes now. We seem to have gone into Asian sizing, but it does not suit our body type.

From my perspective as a middle-aged lady shopper, I am disappointed that they do not have my size - everything is too small. I do admit that I have a few extra kilos, but I am scarcely unusual. Indeed, I would think that us padded up ladies in mid-life are the ones with money to spend. But apparently, it is not worth catering to us.

Another problem in both David Jones and Myers is that the lingerie section is full of nylon crap made in China. If you want finely made undies in pure wool or silk, you have to go online.
