Has anyone actually tried using this company to lodge a claim?? I've dealt with some incompetent organisations in my time yet Smart Salary takes the cake!!
The staff can't seem to grasp the basics of what their business product has to offer. Either that, or claims and fee's are messed up on purpose in hopes clients won't follow up on what could only be described as unwarranted wage theft.
The customer complaints email seems to be an address to a blackhole. Nobody replies. And if a reply is received which will only happen after calls go unanswered for days and in my case having to call head office. On responding to their brush off tactics any further questions go unanswered.
If anyone can find the email address to the CEO, I've got a few choice words and a string of unanswered emails with phone records showing calls unanswered for up to 50mjns.
Worst customer service experience I've ever had.
