I been their customers for 10 years never have any issue, their IT automation process is top notch, I just email in my claim with the form and money get reimbursed, never have to deal with call centre or a human, loving it, it just my personal experience.
Only time I talk to anyone is when I lease a new car after that it all online and automation and things just works
