    Well, it was the entire team. Literally put on hold for 50mins.
    It seems the computer process for single claims needs to be submitted via email and processed manually or the system takes the claim amount and automatically deducts that amount from each pay cycle. I ended up reaching a manager who went out of her way to correct the issue. Also credited $181 dollars which covers fees for the financial year.
