It's the one off claims that throws a spanner in the works.
Having no debts and not needing to have claims processed every fortnight seems to be unachievable as the system in place won't allow it.
Yet after many emails and a phone call to the customer service manager Rebecca, I'm now able to email claims to have them manually processed.
