I agree entirely with you Doniac management is incompetent

They took the 1st offer that came along, and advised shareholders to do the same - the offer should have been rejected and given the bidder a chance to increase their bid, but management themselves have no faith in their own ability, with good reason, so they took the bid aand are trying to hoodwink shareholders in to doing the same. so even if there is to be a second bid (which i dont have much faith in) it will start of a lower base.

You get 1 chance to sell and it must be done right

Further more not for a minute do i believe we will get a 15 cent dividend (more like10 cents) please read the anouncment carefully as it is ambiguous

It was stated that the company was worth 25 cents in one of the recent posts WOW it selling at a markedly discounted price if that was to be believed - pity I dont

Talk is cheap as is this company at 19 cents - I deal in reality and that is - good mine + poor management = shareholders marginalised
