I think ALT needs to revisit its marketing strategy.

First if we hark back to the launch of Viagra, marketed as the cure for erectile dysfunction.

However, it and Cialis and other similar offerings such as Levitra are used primarily for a different purpose, namely as a recreational drug to prolong the erection, delay ejaculation or prevent premature ejaculation, and permit multiple orgasms.

In other words, they could have made more money if they had a multifaceted approach to their marketing. I am suggesting ALT widen the thrust of their marketing approach in light of the Viagra experience.

ALT is now marketing the Pericoach entirely as a device to resolve urinary incontinence, and is aiming at a minority of women, the third who suffer from this problem.

The link below sells a whole manner of devices to assist with pelvic floor exercises (yes, ALT does indeed have some competition!)

What is important to note is that the website promotes its wares not only to prevent or cure urinary incontinence, but it also promotes a better sex life for women, ie it aims at ALL women.

If you aim the product at ALL women, you will sell more! Several times more, and this will reflect in the Share Price also!

Check out how pelvic floor exercises improve sex at

I hope someone at ALT reads HC from time to time!
