Would have been $5 with PH.
Now we can get to $3.50 with PH as we gift ZFX holders $1.50 or about $5 to the old ZFX share price.
Fair deal yup...
I'll think about buying some more after the profit downgrade comes now that ZFX is at best marginal and at worst a cash drain.
