An increase in the GST should wait until the liberal/national parties are in power , as it is their tax , and increasing/creating taxes is what the union of those two parties do so well.
The flood levy is a one off, and targeted to the high income bracket.
The NBN should be rolled out in the country first , and cities can use wireless in the meantime.
