administerally, and logistically that would be difficult to run
i saw no good reason to introduce the gsty in the first place and i see no good reason to increase it now.
jules can raise funds for the renewal other ways rather than raising taxes.
and because im a diehard cynic of any politician, i find it hard to believe that this would be a one off - i am willing to bet that it would be permament with BOTH sides of politics not willing to surrender it.
