Nursery you are certainly entitled to your opinions but your continual potting of FRG on the LYC threads shows your lack of understanding regards the broader issues at play here I believe.

Not all FRG holders are on board to "steal" LYC assets and have hopped on well prior any of this news surfacing with legitmate investment motives. Put simply, if the deal doesn't stack up for all parties and is voted down in the May EGM it will not happen - end of story. Again, exercise your right to vote as an LYC shareholder and stop running down entities you have no interest in.

From what I can see if your snout is in the LYC trough you have no reason whatsoever to complain.
