Resolution 5 – Increase in Aggregate Directors’ Fees To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:
“That, for the purposes of Listing Rule 10.17 of ASX Limited and in accordance with Article 13.8 of the Company’s Constitution, the maximum aggregate amount to be paid to the directors of the Company by way of remuneration for their services, be increased from $750,000 to $1,250,000 per annum”
Speaking personally I'm fine to reward for a job well done.
Are the board serious given the appalling way they've handled hearts & minds or reported to their shareholders accurately and in a timely way?
