Another cost I saw from Lynas AGM notice in relation to Resolution 5 was the hiring of one Egon Zender for a total of $345,979 for 2011 and 2012 (so far) to provide advice...

" In 2011 the Committee engaged Egon Zender to provide
advice on the appropriate levels for Non-Executive Directors’ fees and Committee fees. Fees paid during the
year to Egon Zender totalled $125,988 (2011: $219,991). As a result of this review the level of Non-Executive
Director fees and Committee fees were increased effective 1 February 2011"

Money well spent ? not by a long shot ... there people are spending Lynas' money like drunken sailors

Does anyone know if the cost of legal representation due to the Malay delays are included in the Report? I browsed through it but can't find it mentioned...
