I think one thing that really does need more emphasis here if we are talking JORCs.
And that is, have a look at the cut-off grades used by DYL. Cut-Off Grades
Page 2 will give you a good idea of how by working off low cut-offs you can really get some sizeable resource JORC numbers. However, I am led to believe that the quality of the resource is reduced the lower you go.
This is where Imo, PEN will shine through.
