It amazes me that the QLD govt will increase royalties substantitally and yet advocate new spending whilst talking about getting rid of fossil fuels. Question that jouranlists do not ask is: What will fund QLD spending habits when the coal mining ends and no royalties are present?
Because solar and wind power generators are imported and they do not provide a royalty stream to the QLD govt.
It amazes me that the QLD govt will increase royalties...
