Isn't it ironical that the talk of a reduced offer and flow through effect of $9.50 as opposed to a 37% increment in reserves?

I am wondering if RIO through their active accumulation of energy asset namely coking coal is just a camouflage for their other intention. They have been consistent and true to their word of small accumulation of assets on their scale and CNA proposal is just clearing the deck of control there.
