This is a tough one for investors..incl.dealing with secretive management,but at same time profitable and growing business.The main point for me is that the N.A.B IS BACKING GROWTH.and operationally the business looks tight otherwise the NAB would not lend..and do not forget Director guarantees on loan.Also Top 20 shareholders hold around 60% of stock..So it looks like a sound base in place despite large amount of issued capital..It could take time for share price results..but management appears smart.
