Looking back the directors picked up all of their shares when the company was listed along with the IPO price of 20c.The shares were part of the deal and at the time they had negative assets.So you would say they were valued initially at 20c.Anyway that is the past and what will matter to the market will be how the company performs going forward and in particular the next 4c.
