Another assurance from one of 1PG board member, Mr Tod McGrouther, holds 3.8m escrowed shares under his super fund.

I've found Alexander McGrouther & Scarlett McGrouther are also from Sydney and have common Facebook friend - Mr Tod McGrouther.

Both Alexander and Scarlett McGrouther have hold 1PG since April 2015 (might be early, not listed in the pre-quoted document, might be top 21 & 22), each holds 1.25m free-floated shares and has not sold one share.

Based on Mr McGrouther extensive experience in financial market, his related (evidence from common friend on Facebooks) have not sold one single share during 1PG share price spiked from 38c to $5.69, and still hold now.
