If Board tries to pass on an increased Remuneration to CEO, Board etc , I will say NO!!
No news forthcoming, where are our updates etc Share price stagnant with rising Gold Price / minimum movement to rise in Gold price Where do we stand with current Hedging? Since merger increased Board members/Directors, slash to maximum of 6 in Total Information to Shareholders is King, where had minimal to NONE!!
Until Board show improvement there is no way i vote Yes to a increase Remuneration package to Directors I wait till End of Year Reporting to make my Final Decision
