    Its doesn't Cost a $1,000 to Move ??? Surely you Jest !! ..$1,000 bucks would be a super cheap Move in My view .

    Some good tenants out there Now , my ( previous ) tenants Bayside Victoria , complained when I put the Rent up 20 % in 4 months , there were a number of reasons 10 % of it was the Agent forgetting to enforce a Clause in the Lease .

    Anyhow it was catch up , and market Value ..However the exceptional tenant moved out . I advertised it myself , then put the management back though my Agent . I had 19 enquiries , took though 11 groups , had 4 applications ..and selected the best . Did a bit better than the 20% I had offered to the previous tenant . Took me a little while to remove the Advert ..enquires have continued .

    I would encourage all to Assess the rents charged currently and look to enforce the maximun increases , as its important to be at current market rents . Now is certainly the time to increase .
