Well Cook I have no data but interesting conversations with agents seems there is fierce competetion for managing rentals. Several agents stated first home buyers are buying some of the investment properties and reducing the pool. When I said to agent but that makes one less renter as well, they stated the demand is still increasing from population increases, whatever they are still coming. Will level out eventually ?
