I'm talking about the letter our new neighbours received after I was witness to blatant ramping by a corporation and two real estate agents and then suddenly a news headline appears saying 'rental crisis'. After we 'interrupted' the realtors, the portfolios suddenly got changed around (how strange for that to happen) and 3 weeks later the news is a complete turnaround.
How often does that go on? And yes, I do something about high prices elsewhere. I do shop elsewhere. I do attend meetings and 'get involved' in community matters. I don't just sit on a computer and let righteous anger out over the keyboard.
