Not so much an increase in buying but rather a lack of selling. Potential sellers are slowly becoming more educated to the downside risk at current valuations and realising risk is only to the upside. Took them long enough!
Never has CAP entered such a monumental period, so much happening at both structural and business levels. Very exciting!
